Emory Florida

Our 9 regional alumni networks in #EmoryFlorida will come together to support student hardship and food insecurity needs, as well as enhance student experiences on campus. All funds collected will directly benefit current Emory students.

Who are we? We are Emory Networks volunteer leaders representing the following alumni communities across the state:

  • Emory in South Florida (Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties)
  • Emory in Tampa Bay
  • Emory in Central Florida
  • Emory in Jacksonville
  • Emory in Tallahassee

Why? As alumni, we get excited about seeing our alma mater excel and grow. We invite YOU as a fellow alum to invest in our university-wide commitment to prepare students for a lifetime of impact and development.

Check out the funds that your #EmoryFlorida dollars will help support. These were carefully curated to support a range of student needs, such as:

1. Emory University Student Hardship Fund – A fund that provides life-changing financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students in need due to a crisis or catastrophic event. The Office of Financial Aid administers the fund in collaboration with student leaders.

2. Food Security – Alleviate food insecurity within the Emory student community by supporting food assistance programs on campus as well as options for students to purchase their own food during breaks.

3. Student Experience Fund – Your gift supports community-building and class-year traditions that deepen student and alumni engagement at Emory. Your support for the student experience within Campus Life will increase Emory's retention rates, graduation rates, student satisfaction, and alumni engagement by building a stronger sense of community and belonging among students.

We hope that at least one of these funds speaks to you or your Emory experience – Join our #EmoryFlorida community across the state as we support student flourishing!
