La Mesa offers a welcoming and open environment for students from diverse cultures, ethnicities, and ecclesial traditions. With courses in Spanish, English, and Korean, La Mesa will serve students preparing to be lay pastors in mainline denominations or ordained ministers in traditions that typically educate their clergy through certificate programs. It is also designed for leaders who are serving in non-traditional ministerial settings, including the non-profit sector as well as those leaders involved in community development.
Your gift will provide scholarships for students to complete La Mesa’s innovative and culturally diverse path to church and community leadership.

Ultimately, I believe this school will equip me with the skills and connections needed to return to my community as an effective and enthusiastic leader." - Ketechia Sales
