Hindu Life

The Hindu Chaplaincy at Emory supports Hindu students, faculty, staff, and alumni in their spiritual and religious flourishing. While supporting individuals across campus, we work closely with our Hindu Students Association in celebrating Hindu festivals, hosting discussions, and facilitating worship for the Emory community.

The coming months bring us much excitement as we continue programming Emory’s new Interfaith Center. Last spring we officially dedicated our new Hindu, Jain, Sikh, and Buddhist altars and shrines. These were custom made to reflect the beauty and imagery of these traditions, while also having the capability of being mobile so that they can be accessed for gatherings in different parts of the new Emory Interfaith Center.

All funds contribute towards community meals, visits to local temples, and holiday celebrations.
