Center for AIDS Research
At the Center for AIDS Research at Emory (CFAR), our mission is to support and expand transdisciplinary HIV/AIDS research that will prevent new infections, enhance the well-being of those suffering, and contribute to new discoveries in treatment and prevention. Since our founding in 1998, CFAR has been the cornerstone of Emory’s HIV research community, providing equipment, services, and expertise to HIV investigators and bringing the university to world prominence as a center of excellence in HIV/AIDS research.
Your gift to CFAR will support our work as we identify, train, and mentor the next generation of leaders in the fight against HIV/AIDS. With your help, we will continue to improve health and save lives as we move closer to our ultimate goals—producing a vaccine and finding a cure.
