COMPLETED - 2O36 Giving Week

The Voices of Inner Strength Gospel Choir (VOIS), a longstanding tradition of the Emory Office of Spiritual and Religious Life (OSRL), praises God with song by offering campus concerts, participating in worship services and university events, and performing acts of community service. Founding member Yolanda Bogan 87C says, “I thought, why not start a gospel choir that would help merge identities like mine into the Emory fabric? We were all so excited because the choir represented the spiritual roots of so many of us."

Donations to the Voices of Inner Strength Gospel Choir Fund will support our annual Fall and Spring Concerts and Soul Food Sunday, which gathers gospel choirs across Georgia on campus to sing, celebrate and worship.
