First-Generation Low Income Partnership

First-Generation Low Income Partnership (FLIP) is a national nonprofit established to promote equal opportunity for first-generation and low-income students in institutions of higher learning. We strive to foster community within the first-generation low-income community at Emory while also building and institutionalizing resources within the University to help FLI students.

FLIP is constantly thinking of ways we can expand our reach and provide additional resources to FLI students. Fundraising will allow FLIP to follow through on these ideas by allotting the organization's financial means for success. With the additional funds, we plan to continue hosting monthly informational sessions, create and fund initiatives for FLI students, support other organizations with similar missions, and much more. The organization understands what students need to feel supported and is looking for additional funds to maximize our impact.
