Everywhere you look on Oxford’s campus, you can see the impact of your generous gifts. The Oxford College Fund for Excellence is vital for providing support for the college’s most pressing needs. Needs such as scholarships, global learning and research experiences for students; and support for many faculty programs.
Oxford College applications are also at historic highs, and the number of competitive applicants who need financial aid has risen. In order to make Oxford accessible to students, regardless of their family income, we need your support of the Oxford College Scholarship Fund to increase the size and number of our scholarships. We will also expand our travel program, grow our already acclaimed leadership program, and increase opportunities for internships that prepare students for life beyond Oxford and Emory.
Help us continue Oxford’s emphasis on highly effective, personal approaches to education for generations to come by giving today. We could not achieve these goals without the support of alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends like you.
For Emory Day of Giving, we are also highlighting these giving opportunities:
The Brook International Travel Endowment supports Oxford College students who are first-time international travelers with airfare for study abroad and travel courses.
The Oxford Center for Pathways and Purpose will enhance the student experiences. Your funds will directly aid students in securing unpaid or underpaid summer opportunities, participating in professional development events, covering transportation costs for employment access, and enabling international experiences through travel grants and the passport initiative.
The Luke Gregory Memorial Compassion Endowment Fund was established by the Gregory Family in memory of Luke Gregory 76Ox 78C. The endowment supports stipends to students, faculty, or staff who experience hardships.
The Tarbutton Leadership Fellows supports Oxford students to cover costs related to their experiential education focusing on leadership opportunities. Such as exclusive leadership workshops, career planning and coaching, internships and other off-campus experiences. The fellows are already active within the campus community and have shown the potential and desire to grow their leadership skills both at Oxford and beyond.
