As the Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) at Emory celebrates 25 years of innovative HIV research and programs, we ask that you commemorate this milestone with us. A gift to the Emory CFAR supports our work towards our mission of ending the HIV epidemic by accelerating the highest caliber translational research — fostering team science, equity, and multidirectional stakeholder engagement.
Our primary goal is to enable transdisciplinary HIV/AIDS research that will prevent new infections, enhance the well-being of people living with HIV, and contribute to discoveries in HIV treatment and cure. The Emory CFAR achieves this through providing key scientific services, expertise, tools, and programs throughout Atlanta and beyond!
Your gift to the Emory CFAR will support outreach events and engagement programs to expand our partnerships with local communities and stakeholders across the scientific discovery process. These critical programs allow us to bring more voices to the table as we develop HIV studies and work together to address the local epidemic. Gifts also bolster our efforts to identify, train, and mentor the next generation of excellent and diverse HIV investigators. With your help, we will continue to elevate community-engaged HIV research that improves health outcomes and promotes health equity as we simultaneously move closer to producing a vaccine and finding a cure.
