Graduation Generation

Graduation Generation is a K-12 outreach program housed in Emory University’s Center for Civic and Community Engagement (CCE). GradGen collaborates with schools and community organizations across Metro Atlanta to provide and support effective programs and services to schools seeking to lower dropout rates and prepare students for their next steps.

Graduation Generation offers college and career preparation, social and emotional learning, one-on-one tutoring, mentoring, and campus tours for school groups. We employ Emory University student volunteers from various divisions, departments, and organizations.

Graduation Generation provides logistical, financial and instructional support that enables our student organizations and volunteers to bring their unique experiences and knowledge to the students we serve.

Leading programming within Graduation Generation is a unique opportunity for students to gain leadership, mentorship and teaching experiences while gaining a greater appreciation and connection to our metro Atlanta communities.

Funds raised through Day Of Giving will enable us to strengthen our existing programming with additional supplies to enhance our effectiveness and expand our reach in the Metro-Atlanta area.

Wise Heart Gift Leaderboard

The wise heart seeks knowledge, and generous leadership donors support the programs closest to their hearts. The 4 groups with the most $1,000+ donations by 6:00pm EDT on March 28 will share $5,000 in bonus awards. Award dollars will go to the fund designation that receives the most $1,000+ gifts in each of the 4 winning groups.
