Emory Badminton Club

Emory Badminton Association, aka Emory Badminton Club, provides a weekly opportunity for individuals to participate in the sport of badminton at both a recreational and competitive level. Good sportsmanship, fostering connections among persons of all nationalities and experience levels, and providing an opportunity to foster physical fitness are goals of the Association.

Emory Badminton’s team of twelve outstanding athletes placed second in the 2023 Eastern Collegiate Southern Conference, qualifying us for the 2024 Division I Playoffs in Boston. Your donations will help us train for the 2024 Division I Playoffs and alleviate traveling costs to Boston. Specifically, this will include the registration fee, equipment and shuttles for training, flights, accommodations, transportation/car rentals, among other travel and tournament costs. In addition, your support will go towards hosting clinics and buying equipment for all club members to improve their skillsets.

The wise heart seeks knowledge, and generous leadership donors support the programs closest to their hearts. The 4 groups with the most $1,000+ donations by 6:00pm EDT on March 28 will share $5,000 in bonus awards. Award dollars will go to the fund designation that receives the most $1,000+ gifts in each of the 4 winning groups.
