La Alianza Latinx is a student-led organization composed of Latinx and Latin American public health students interested in issues affecting the Latinx community at the Rollins School of Public Health, in the metro Atlanta area, throughout the United States, and internationally. We strive to strengthen and build a Latinx community at the Rollins School of Public Health by creating a space that enables students to excel academically, professionally, and socially.
The funds raised will support events that celebrate our achievements as a community, fostering a culturally inclusive and supportive environment. These events will honor our diverse Latinx heritage, promote meaningful connections, and create opportunities for academic, professional, and personal growth. By highlighting our accomplishments and shared experiences, we aim to strengthen our sense of belonging and empower students to thrive within and beyond the Rollins community.
