Emory attracts top student athletes who seek to reach the highest levels of collegiate academic, athletic, and personal growth. Emory students distinguish themselves outside the classroom in competition with 33 NCAA Division III National Championships, 228 UAA Conference Championships, and a host of strong seasonal finishes for the Emory Eagles.

Emory is one of just a handful of schools in the nation to rank atop both the Directors' Cup of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics for best all-around athletics program and the U.S. News & World Report rankings of best national universities.
