Emory Day of Giving coming soon, March 22-23, 2023!
Atlanta Young Alumni

The mission of Atlanta Young Alumni (AYA) is to build bonds, engage, and serve Emory alumni under the age of 40 in the Atlanta area through community involvement, social & cultural experiences, and professional development/networking. We aim to foster a sense of community that goes beyond the time spent together at Emory, to facilitate ways for us to contribute to Emory life, and to strengthen those relationships for the future.

We believe in the importance of growing and supporting the future of our community-- supporting students (both graduate and undergraduate) through student-oriented scholarships and student-support funds is one very important way to achieve our goal.

For 2O36 Giving Week, we are focusing these funds.

Your gift to the Wonderful Wednesdays fund will enhance Wonderful Wednesdays at Emory by providing entertainment, food, and swag with the goal of expanding the reach of student organizations and building community.

Your gift to Emory College Scholarships supports need-based or merit scholarships that amplify our commitment to making an Emory College education accessible for all.

Your gift to the Laney Graduate School Fellowship Support Fund ensures that all students of our community enjoy an enriching university experience by providing stipend support.

Your gift to the Student Experience Fund supports community-building and class-year traditions that deepen student and alumni engagement at Emory. Your support for the student experience within Campus Life will increase Emory retention rates, graduation rates, student satisfaction, and alumni engagement by building a stronger sense of community and belonging among students.

The well-being of Emory students is a top priority. Gifts to the Student Well Being Fund empower students to prioritize their mental, physical, and social health. Your gift might be used to help a student with a food security need or to assist in furthering accessibility access for students with disabilities.

The Laney Graduate School Professional Development Support Fund affords students opportunities to enhance their professional development by participating in conferences, conducting research, and more.

Emory University Student Hardship Fund provides life-changing financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students in need due to a crisis or catastrophic event. The fund is administered by the Office of Financial Aid in collaboration with student leaders.
