At the Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) at Emory, our mission is to contribute to ending the HIV epidemic by accelerating the highest caliber translational research — fostering team science, equity, and multidirectional stakeholder engagement.
Our primary goal is to support and expand transdisciplinary HIV/AIDS research that will prevent new infections, enhance the well-being of people living with HIV, and contribute to discoveries in HIV treatment and care. The Emory CFAR achieves this through providing key scientific services, expertise, tools, and programs at Emory and beyond!
Your gift to the Emory CFAR will support outreach events and engagement programs to expand our partnerships with local communities and stakeholders across the scientific discovery process. Gifts also support our efforts to identify, train, and mentor the next generation of excellent and diverse leaders who will work to end the HIV epidemic. With your help, we will continue to improve health outcomes and save lives as we move closer to producing a vaccine and finding a cure.
