From its founding in 1836, Emory has strived to bring about positive transformation in the world—by creating, preserving, teaching, and applying knowledge in the service of humanity. Last February, during Emory’s inaugural day of giving, the Emory community came together in a remarkable way. We asked if you were ALL IN, and thousands across the Emory community answered with a resounding yes. Within a span of 24 hours, alumni, parents, employees, students, and friends made a difference for Emory by contributing to student scholarships, strengthening academic programs, funding transformational research, supporting innovative patient care, and much more.

 

Now we can join together to write the next chapter in Emory’s remarkable story, ensuring we keep pace with a changing world and transform lives for the better. All In a Day: 24 Hours of Change, Emory’s second day of giving, begins at noon Wednesday, February 7, and continues for 24 hours, offering fun and easy ways to support what inspires you.

You have humbled and inspired us. We asked if you were ALL IN, and thousands across the Emory community answered with a resounding yes. Thanks to generous matching donors and your support during All In a Day: 24 Hours of Change, preliminary results show $880,150 raised from 3,409 gifts. Stay tuned for final updates in the coming weeks! Within a span of 24 hours, alumni, parents, employees, students, and friends joined together to make a difference for Emory by contributing to student scholarships, strengthening academic programs, funding transformational research, supporting innovative patient care, and much more. Over 600 individuals served as ambassadors—helping spread the word by email and social media and making All In a Day a tremendous success. Over 40 percent of gifts received can be directly attributed to ambassador outreach.
