Sororities and Fraternities

Your gift can help build a nationally-recognized sorority and fraternity community where the fraternity/sorority experience is meaningful, developmental, inclusive, and educational in order to develop leaders who positively transform the Emory University community and the world. The Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life cultivates a welcoming, diverse, caring and dynamic community that values brotherhood/sisterhood, engaged scholarship, ethical leadership, healthy behaviors, community engagement, inclusion, and positive social interactions. We foster a holistic collegiate experience by advising with a purpose, supporting with a developmental approach, engaging stakeholders, and nurturing meaningful collaborative partnerships.

From Alpha Kappa Alpha to Zeta Phi Beta (and every chapter in between), you can designate your gift to the sorority or fraternity of your choice.

Toast Away Wonderful Wednesday
In 1982, Emory set the world record for the largest non-alcoholic toast. Together we toasted and raised support for schools, units, and causes at Emory. Thanks to anonymous donors 74C and 97C, the top five participating groups with the most gifts raised from 4:00–6:00 p.m. EDT on March 24 earned additional funding. Challenge dollars were awarded to the following funds: Oxford College–Judge Horace J. Johnson, Jr. Scholarship Endowment ($600), Athletics–Swimming and Diving ($500), Sustainability Initiatives Fund ($400), Emory College Scholarships ($300), and Theology School Fund for Excellence ($200).
